Away from strategy sessions he keeps his own energy high. He’s an avid tennis player and health enthusiast who believes balance fuels great leadership. And as a lifelong musician, he still finds time to pick up the guitars, bass or piano, program drum tracks and record dozens of original songs. This creative outlet keeps his mind sharp and his perspective fresh.

Tom divides his time between Colorado and Florida with his wife, Lori, and treasures time with his two adult sons, Bryce and Blake.
