Quality Webinars Part 1 – How To Get Started

Webinars are an invaluable tool that can help provide information to your potential clients while building a level of trust and loyalty around your brand. Adding webinars to your digital marketing plan will help you attract your ideal customers by honing the quality content you already provide, as well allowing you to reach a wider audience. With the right tools, your quality webinars provide leads, drive sales and build you into an authority figure in your field. Today we are going to help you set up your webinar and choose a platform.

3 Steps to Begin a Webinar

1- Choose a Problem

Have a compelling solution to the problem you’ve chosen. Your ability to identify and describe the challenge will open doors, but it’s the answer that will lead to sales.

2- Create A Short Lesson

The idea is that the information a teacher provides will have an immediately demonstrable value. Your webinar should follow this same formula. What will your webinar attendees be able to do after your webinar?

The key is to give your audience a small victory, one that will make them see that listening to your advice will lead to success.

If possible, make the short lesson an interactive one, include some meeting, some greeting, and some question and answer. An interactive short lesson is by far the best way to introduce yourself to the audience you hope to see at your webinars and jumpstart their perception of you as a credible source of help.

3 -Pick the Platform and Build the Webinar

We recommend the following platforms to build your webinar:

Zoom: https://zoom.us

GoToWebinar: https://www.gotomeeting.com/webinar/lp/sem?c_name=msns&c_mark=NAPPC&c_kwd=gotowebinar-Exact&c_prod=GTW&c_cmp=sf-70150000000aFeE&c_cell=hS5fk2cH-dc_pcrid_79027476379755CJWuxpWZguACFSmHxQIdK5YOmA&cid=g2w_noam_bng_cpc_71700000042887427_58700004541722520_p38189125527&gclid=CJWuxpWZguACFSmHxQIdK5YOmA&gclsrc=ds

Once you have selected your platform, set the start date and time (with an option for recurring webinars), fill in the pre-arranged templates, upload images and videos and customize the registration page.

The recommended schedule for webinars is one per month to allow proper time for scheduling and marketing.
