Launch Spotlight – Rider’s Claw
Intuitive Websites was contacted by Rider’s Claw to improve their website and increase online sales. Rider’s Claw is a successful maker of cell phone mounts for street bikes, (Harley’s, Indians, etc). Their existing website had been in place for a long time and was in need of a refresh, along with a new eCommerce system.
Following a strategic review of a new approach to strategic digital marketing with Rider’s Claw we proceeded with a major re-design of the home page. The key aims were to simplify the user experience and put more emphasis on the product itself. The site at the time was lacking a good visual representation of their product. Our goal was to convey – in a bold manner – the product and let the user know right away what was being sold and to make it easy for them to buy. We also simplified the navigation – making it more straightforward for the user.
Building in a WP platform, we developed the new site in a responsive design, as a significant portion of their traffic was from mobile. We then added WooCommerce for the eCommerce piece and created a much easier checkout process for the user.
The finished website showcases Rider’s Claw in a much better fashion and at the same time improves the overall user experience.
Now that the website has launched, IW has begun Phase two, strategic digital marketing to increase traffic and sales. Our focus is on SEO, social media and content updates as needed. Through Google Analytics, we will monitor site traffic, eCommerce performance and more and work to increase all key performance factors.
