Who is the “Voice” of Your Online Content?

The “Voice” of Website Content

When Website visitors read your content they are reading more than just the words on the Web page. They are also understanding the personality of your company. It is very  important that there is a consistent personality or “voice” behind all different forms of online content. This is especially true of Website content and social media business profile pages, which do not usually have a writer assigned to content postings. It is very appropriate to use a byline for blog postings and other forms of content as needed.

Be aware of how your company’s brand comes across through your online content and know when to use bylines and when to post content coming from the company.

By the way, this is Tom writing this blog post.
