Thomas Young
Co-founder and CEO

Thomas Young, CEO Intuitive WebsitesThomas Young is co-founder and CEO of Intuitive Websites. He has 25 year’s experience in marketing and sales, including Internet marketing and usability research. Tom has worked with corporate clients around the country and is passionate about understanding customers and how they use the Web. He is the author of Intuitive Selling. His clients include HealthONE, Office Depot, NEC, The American Funds, Colorado College, Land Title, Bosca Leather and Intrawest to name a few. Tom’s client list is a testament to his ability to work with and get results for organizations. He has a BA in Communications from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Adrian Collins
Design Director

Adrian Collins, Art DirectorAdrian Collins is in charge of all creative and front-end development at Intuitive Websites. He is experienced in all facets of design and usability.  He has done work for General Mills, Best Buy, SAIC, Good Sam and more. His approach to design is to listen to the client and make sure their needs are understood.  This drives results and a win-win for our clients by designing in a way that compliments the client’s vision.  A strong background in user interface (UI) design, paired with graphic design, results in an effective and engaging user experience. He graduated magna cum laude with a BA in English from San Diego State University.

When not designing, Adrian enjoys dirt-biking, camping, and playing drums and guitar.

Carrie Downs
Director of Marketing Operations

Carrie Downs leads the marketing operations at Intuitive Websites. Carrie is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for clients. Through Search Engine Optimization, Pay-Per-Click advertising, social media marketing, and content generation, Carrie and her team increase website traffic, brand awareness, and revenue for Intuitive Websites’ clients. Carrie is a certified Google Partner in Adwords, Analytics, and mobile advertising. Carrie graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Multimedia Graphic Design and is currently continuing her education in Marketing and Business Management.

Carrie enjoys the challenges of the fast-changing world of digital marketing and shows her love for her work through positive ROIs for her clients. Relationships with her clients and her team members motivate her daily. 

Lori Young
Office Manager/Client Support Specialist

Lori Mohr, Client Support SpecialistLori Mohr is the Intuitive Websites’ office manager and client support specialist. She is a graduate of Whitworth College with a degree in Communications, with an emphasis in PR and marketing. She has over 15 years experience as an executive assistant and project coordinator. Lori takes care of the details around the office and supports the team in a variety of functions. Her background includes work with Ball Aerospace, the Space Foundation, Boeing, healthcare marketing and more. When there is something unique to get done, we can count on Lori to make it happen.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys tennis, hiking, card making and driving through the twisties in the mountains in her MINI Cooper S named “Lucy.”
