Thomas Young
Thomas Young is co-founder and CEO of Intuitive Websites. He has 25 year’s experience in marketing and sales, including Internet marketing and usability research. Tom has worked with corporate clients around the country and is passionate about understanding customers and how they use the Web. He is the author of Intuitive Selling. His clients include HealthONE, Office Depot, NEC, The American Funds, Colorado College, Land Title, Bosca Leather and Intrawest to name a few. Tom’s client list is a testament to his ability to work with and get results for organizations.

Tom is a Vistage speaker and a national speaker on Internet Marketing and Web Usability. He has a BA in Communications from the University of Northern Colorado and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. Josh Derr
Josh Derr is an Internet marketing consultant at Intuitive Websites, specializing in eCommerce. He has more than 13 years of experience in eCommerce and Web marketing, most recently at online retail giant Hayneedle.com, where he started on the ground floor and over seven years helped grow the company into a $300 million a year business with more than 250 specialty eCommerce stores, including Hammocks.com, Dartboards.com, WineCoolers.com, and more. Josh developed and managed more than fifty of Hayneedle’s eCommerce stores in a variety of product categories. His extensive knowledge of Web marketing, search engine optimization, and category management has resulted in profitable Web stores with world-class shopping experiences.

 

Adrian Collins
Adrian Collins is Creative Director at Intuitive Websites with over 11 years experience in all facets of design and usability.  His approach to design is to listen to the client and make sure their needs are understood.  This drives results and a win-win for our clients by designing in a way that compliments the client’s vision.  A strong background in user interface (UI) design, paired with graphic design, results in an effective Website and engaging user experience.

 

 

 

Bob Berry
In the early days of the Web, Bob led the design, launch, and management of Hewlett-Packard’s international online educational initiatives with engineering colleges and universities around the world.  He then started two e-learning ventures and built a national user base of 50,000 learners. In the process, he designed content management and learning management systems and took them to market, where they’re still in use today, serving the 300 hours of interactive instruction that he designed and built.  In addition to the educational aspects of these ventures, he has marketed and sold e-learning products and services to thousands of for-profit and non-profit clients nationwide.

 Bob brings 18 years’ experience in e-business, Web, user experience, and e-marketing to Intuitive Websites.  He has collaborated with a number of prominent online companies and professionals, and has developed, validated, and refined innovative interactive methods for corporate, venture, and small business clients.  Bob has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska.

 

 

Lori Mohr
Lori Mohr is the Intuitive Websites’ office manager and client support specialist. She is a graduate of Whitworth College with a degree in Communications, with an emphasis in PR and marketing. She has over 15 years experience as an executive assistant and project coordinator. Lori takes care of the details around the office and supports the team in a variety of functions. Her background includes work with Ball Aerospace, the Space Foundation, Boeing, healthcare marketing and more. When there is something unique to get done, we can count on Lori to make it happen. Lori enjoys tennis, hiking, card making and driving through the twisties in the mountains in her MINI Cooper S named “Lucy.”
